Kapervi conducts the initial review of all completed projects using a structured evaluation framework established before the challenge begins.

The review focuses not only on the final answer, but also on how well the student researched the topic, structured the problem, supported their decisions and communicated their ideas.

A shortlist of the strongest submissions is then shared with the partner firm, allowing the company to review a limited number of high-quality projects rather than managing the entire applicant pool.
